You’ll be managing a high-potential South Central region – covering Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey, working with independent trade shops and garden centres to drive visibility, sales and long-term relationships.

- Manage and grow c.170 accounts across your region – independent pet, trade and garden centre customers.
- Deliver and exceed sales and profit targets, increasing store reach and SKUs per store.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, acting as their go-to sales expert.
- Identify and open new business opportunities to expand your network and distribution.
- Execute in-store merchandising and activation, ensuring branding is visible and compliant.
- Use data and insight to target your activity and drive ROI.
- Support trade events, in-store education and consumer activations that build brand awareness.
- Proven success in a field-based sales or business development role – FMCG experience ideal.
- Confident communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.
- Commercially minded, data-driven and results-focused.
- Resilient, proactive and self-motivated with a genuine passion for delivering growth.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility for regional travel and some overnights.
