We’re working with a respected veterinary group that’s entering an exciting new chapter. With major investments underway, they’re looking for a Client Care Team Manager to rebuild, lead, and inspire their front-of-house team and help shape the future of the practice.

The Role You’ll take ownership of the client care/reception team during a period of change. Balancing strategy with hands-on leadership, you’ll be trusted to bring structure, rebuild morale, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Leading and developing a 12-strong client care team (with plans to grow to 16 FTE).
- Tackling staffing, sickness management, and morale challenges head-on.
- Designing structured training, skills matrices, and career pathways.
- Acting as the bridge between client care and clinical teams.
- Overseeing client service standards, complaint handling, and reception operations.
- Supporting wider practice transformation projects with senior leaders.
- Proven people management experience – ideally in veterinary, healthcare, or another high-pressure customer service setting.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, change management, and team building.
- A resilient, empathetic leadership style that inspires others.
- Confidence to balance strategy with hands-on involvement.
- Flexibility to rotate across two sites (Driffield and Bridlington).
- Salary: £35K+ depending on experience.
