Based in Leicestershire, they launched the company back in 2022 with a simple product that has now caused a monumental movement in the canine world!

They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to become a key part of their growing support team. If you’re empathetic, motivated, and love helping people (and dogs), we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, including edits, refunds, exchanges, and status updates.
- Support customers with the specialist products, guiding them confidently and accurately (full training provided)
- Respond to enquiries through our platforms (Tidio) with warmth, clarity, and initiative.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure every customer interaction meets our high standards.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently resolve queries.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable, quick-thinking, and comfortable with change.
- Able to fully focus on customers during working hours, while respecting and protecting personal time once logged off
- Confidence using platforms like Outlook and online support tools (Training will be provided for Tidio).
- A friendly, calm, and customer-focused approach.
- Able to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or processes.
Additional Notes
- Our founder’s dogs are frequently at the unit. If you are uncomfortable with large dogs, this may not be the right fit.
- On dog-free days, staff may bring their own dogs – but must coordinate in advance to avoid unsocial mixes.
- We use WhatsApp for essential team communications. You’re not expected to check it outside of working hours but should review messages when clocking in.
