- Develop and deliver a full-funnel digital marketing strategy across D2C, marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop), and social platforms.
- Lead performance marketing activity across paid social, email (Klaviyo), SEO, and digital campaigns to drive customer growth and retention.
- Take ownership of key commercial KPIs: ROAS, AOV, LTV, conversion rates, and customer journey optimisation.
- Oversee content, creative execution, and brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage and develop the in-house marketing and social media team.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience from first click to delivery.
- Manage external agency relationships and digital partnerships.
- 3–5+ years in a senior digital or Digital Marketing Manager role within D2C, FMCG, pet care, or consumer goods.
- Proven success in driving online growth and managing multiple sales channels.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and eCommerce analytics tools.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record in budget management and performance optimisation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- A proactive, ideas-driven mindset with the confidence to make things happen.
- Salary: Up to £60K (DOE) + performance bonus.
