for a forward-thinking pet nutrition company making waves in the sustainable pet food space. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a game-changing brand with a unique, science-led product range that’s already creating buzz across the UK.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow accounts across independent pet retailers and selected wholesalers
- Visit stores regularly to secure new listings and support in-store execution
- Deliver engaging product training and presentations to retail staff
- Collaborate with senior sales and retail training colleagues to ensure partners are fully supported
- Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales and brand visibility in your region
- Gather market insight and provide feedback to inform broader sales strategy
- Represent the brand at trade shows, customer visits and in-store events
- Previous field sales experience, ideally in the pet, FMCG or natural products sectors
- An existing network or knowledge of the UK’s independent pet retail space
- A strong understanding of the retail journey—from sell-in to sell-through
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of self-motivation and comfort working independently to targets
- Passion for pets and sustainability—experience with alternative or insect-based pet food is a bonus
- £38,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
- Company vehicle and full travel expenses
