With a portfolio that spans pet accessories, retail, veterinary, and D2C channels, and a presence in over 50 countries, this brand has earned its place as one of the most respected names in the industry.
 
Global Head of Sales
Reporting to the CEO, this is a strategic and high-visibility leadership role, responsible for driving revenue growth, leading global sales operations, and building alignment across regional teams. With 4 direct reports across EMEA, Americas, and APAC, this role is pivotal to shaping the long-term commercial strategy of a business that’s ambitious, values-driven, and on an exciting growth trajectory.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the global sales and revenue strategy, aligned with executive objectives
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing international sales team, driving performance and accountability
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities across retail, e-commerce, distributor and veterinary channels
  • Optimise pricing, promotional and channel strategies to enhance profitability
  • Build long-term relationships with key global customers and partners
  • Champion a customer-first approach across all regions and touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development to drive market-responsive initiatives
  • Monitor global trends, competitor activity, and regional dynamics to futureproof the business
We would love to see candidates who have:
  • A proven track record of leading global commercial or sales teams in a relevant sector (pet, FMCG, consumer goods, retail or veterinary)
  • A data-led, results-driven commercial mind, with strong negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Experience managing multi-regional teams across diverse cultures and markets
  • Strong understanding of digital and e-commerce growth
  • A genuine passion for the pet industry and a strategic, scalable mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills
