The Role:
   
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be crucial in driving growth within the Discount Channel, managing key accounts with major discounter retailers. This role is about more than just meeting targets – you’ll be helping to shape the brand’s strategy in the Discount Channel, ensuring we stand out in a highly competitive market.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve volume, NSV, and margin targets to drive company success
  • Help shape the brand and pricing strategy specifically for the Discount Channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, both internally and externally
  • Identify growth opportunities within your accounts, making recommendations to expand market presence
  • Oversee control and governance of your accounts, including managing annual plans, contracts, pricing, forecasts, and budget spend 
We would love to hear from candidates who have:  
  • Experience in a National Account Management or National Account Executive role
  • Experience managing the Discount Channel or FMCG experience is essential
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills
  • Based within an hour of Leicestershire
  • Full UK driving license
