£55,000–£60,000 + £7,200 car allowance + 15% bonus + Private Medical Insurance

We’re exclusively recruiting for a National Account Manager – Wholesale to join a premium, globally recognised pet brand. You’ll be responsible for managing 7 key UK wholesalers and 2 in Ireland, shaping growth in the channel.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing 7 UK wholesalers and 2 Irish wholesalers.
- Leading JBPs, promotional calendars, and customer activations.
- Owning P&L, analysing ROI, margin, and performance data.
- Working cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Brand, and Supply Chain.
- Representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, and buyer meetings.
- Delivering accurate forecasting and sales tracking to support growth.
- 2+ years’ experience in a National Account Manager role.
- FMCG, consumer goods, or pet industry background.
- Strong track record of managing wholesale buyers and national contracts.
- Commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset.
- Relationship-building skills, energy, and a passion for pets.
- Flexibility to be in Derbyshire HQ 2–3 days per week, plus travel to customers across the UK & Ireland.
