National Sales Manager – Pet Industry
Hybrid – 2–3 days per week at Derbyshire HQ | Rest from home
£55,000–£60,000 + £7,200 car allowance + 15% bonus + Private Medical Insurance

We are exclusively recruiting for a National Sales Manager to join a premium, globally recognised pet brand on a mission to grow their Pet Specialty Retail presence across the UK & Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing key pet retail accounts across the UK & Ireland.
- Leading Joint Business Plans (JBPs), national promotional calendars, and customer activations.
- Owning P&L and analysing ROI, margin, and performance data.
- Working cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, and Supply Chain.
- Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Providing accurate sales forecasting and tracking to support business growth.
- Ideally 2+ years in National Account Management role.
- A background in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or the Pet Industry.
- Experience managing retail buyers and negotiating national contracts.
- Commercial acumen with a strong data-driven mindset.
- Great energy, relationship-building skills, and a love for pets and people.
- Happy to be in Derbyshire HQ 50% of the time, with flexibility to work from home and travel across the UK & Ireland when needed.
