Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Implement operational improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate warehouse workflows and logistics to maintain streamlined processes.
- Support new product development (NPD) launches, ensuring cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and company regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and external stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Office & Operations Manager in a fast-paced business.
- Strong team leadership and HR skills.
- Background in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to implement process improvements and drive efficiency.
- Passion for the pet industry is a plus!
