Operations & Logistics Manager | Fast-Growing Pet Food Brand £45,000+ + Benefits + Share Scheme | Hybrid (Brighton Office 2–3 days/week) | South East UK
We’re working with one of the most exciting and fast-growing names in the pet food industry. They’ve already built a strong team and are now looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to keep everything running smoothly as they grow.
The Role You’ll take ownership of the supply chain, from production planning through to getting products into the hands of customers across the UK and Europe. It’s a varied role with lots of responsibility, where no two days look the same.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Planning production runs with suppliers and manufacturers
- Coordinating UK and international shipments
- Managing warehouses in the UK and EU, including stock control and expiry tracking
- Overseeing 3PL partners to make sure logistics run smoothly
- Using Microsoft Dynamics (newly implemented) for forecasting and order management
- Working closely with sales, finance, and customer service to keep things on track
- Spotting ways to make processes more efficient
- 3+ years’ experience in operations, logistics or supply chain (FMCG or pet food a plus)
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs and compliance
- Confident managing 3PLs, warehousing and inventory systems
- Organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
- Based in the South East with the ability to be in the Brighton office 2–3 days a week
- Salary from £45,000+ (depending on experience)
