As Operations & Logistics Manager, you’ll be the person who keeps everything moving – from managing product runs with manufacturing partners, to making sure stock flows seamlessly across warehouses, to coordinating international shipments and paperwork. - Owning manufacturing schedules and product runs with partners
- Coordinating UK & international shipments across retail and D2C
- Managing customs, export/import paperwork, and compliance
- Overseeing warehouse inventory in both the UK & EU
- Partnering with 3PLs to deliver best-in-class logistics
- Working closely with sales, finance, and customer service to forecast and optimise stock
- Spotting opportunities to improve processes and make things run smoother
- Has 3+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (FMCG/pet food a bonus)
- Knows their way around international shipping and customs processes
- Can manage 3PLs, warehousing, and inventory systems with ease
- Is calm, proactive, and detail-focused, even under pressure
- Loves working cross-functionally and making things happen
- Wants to be part of building something exciting from the ground up
- £45,000–£60,000 salary (depending on experience)
