As a result, we're expanding into the US market and are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow this exciting new area of our business.

• Proven experience recruiting in the USA market with a successful track record.
• Previous recruitment experience in the pet industry is ideal, but if not, you must have a strong personal passion for pets and the industry.
• Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
• Confident and driven, with the ability to work autonomously and grow a market from scratch.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
• A results-oriented approach with the ambition to succeed.
