As Regional Sales Manager, South, you’ll lead commercial expansion across the southern UK’s independent pet retail and wholesale network. You’ll manage a growing field team, build lasting customer partnerships, and represent a brand that’s defining the future of pet nutrition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive commercial growth across southern-based independent pet retailers and wholesalers
- Leverage existing trade relationships to secure listings and grow brand presence
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and product teams for successful execution
- Represent the brand at key trade shows, in-store activations, and industry events
- Use insight and performance data to shape strategy and reporting
- Has strong field sales experience in the UK pet industry (South territory experience preferred)
- Holds an established network within independent pet retail and wholesale in the South
- Has successfully led and inspired teams to deliver against targets
- Builds strong, trust-based relationships with commercial partners
- Is passionate about sustainability and innovation in pet nutrition
- Experience with novel or insect-based proteins is a bonus, not essential
- £50,000 base + uncapped commission
