Sales Manager – Animal Nutrition (DACH Region)
Location: Germany – Berlin, Hamburg or Heidelberg
Focus: South Germany / Switzerland / Austria
Salary: €80K - €110K d.o.e.

We are partnering with a globally recognized leader in animal nutrition to find a dynamic Sales Manager
to lead commercial development across the DACH markets.

With a robust portfolio that spans feed additives, ingredients, and premix solutions, this is a rare opportunity to shape the regional growth strategy for a business already recognized as a key player in the sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the commercial strategy and execution for animal nutrition in the DACH region
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and drive regional growth initiatives
- Understand and position a broad technical product portfolio to meet market needs
- Deliver and manage sales plans, budgets, and business development pipelines
- Build and execute a long-term business strategy (3–5 years) for the region
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical support, marketing, logistics, and product teams
- Provide market insights, trends analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Actively contribute to the development of customer-specific concepts and technical solutions
- Support and roll out innovative sales and marketing strategies
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agro Engineering, Veterinary Science, or Business
- Proven knowledge or experience in animal nutrition and related technical applications
- A strong commercial background with at least 10 years in B2B food, dairy, or ingredients sectors
- Demonstrated business development skills and a growth mindset
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience working in a cross-cultural, matrix organization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English (German is a strong advantage)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region
