The Role As Sales Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for driving revenue and brand presence across your region. You’ll combine new business development with exceptional account management — ensuring every partner feels part of the brand story.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a commercial growth strategy within your territory
- Identify, approach, and convert new boutique and lifestyle retail partners
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts through regular contact and support
- Represent the brand at leading trade shows, industry events, and in-store activations
- Provide market insights to support product development and brand positioning
- Consistently meet and exceed sales, revenue, and expansion targets
- Proven success in sales, territory, or account management (premium or lifestyle brand experience ideal)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confidence presenting products and negotiating with retailers at all levels
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Passion for pets and beautifully designed, functional products
