As Senior Field Sales Manager, you’ll spearhead national growth in the independent retail and wholesale, leading from the front, nurturing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team that delivers results.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales expansion across independent pet retailers and wholesale channels
- Leverage existing relationships to accelerate listings and increase brand presence
- Lead, mentor and manage a growing field sales team, setting strategy and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing, retail training, and product teams to enhance execution
- Represent the brand at industry events, in-store activations, and trade shows
- Use market insights to inform strategy, forecasting and performance reporting
- Proven experience in field sales within the pet industry—this is essential
- Strong existing relationships with UK independent pet retailers and wholesalers
- Experience leading and inspiring sales teams to hit ambitious targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Passion for sustainability and future-forward pet nutrition—experience with novel or insect-based proteins is a bonus
- £50,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
