Package - Base Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Bonus: £12K–£15K (monthly) + £6K annual stretch bonus

Are you a motivated and relationship-driven sales professional looking for your next opportunity in the veterinary sector? Our client, a market leader in animal health products, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager
to cover Northern England, where they already hold a strong market share.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys prospecting, lead generation and building strong client relationships. With approximately 70% of your time focused on new business development
and 30% on
account management, you’ll be driving sales through exceptional service and strategic upselling.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow an existing client base of independent veterinary practices across Northern England. This territory stretches from the Scottish borders down to approx Cheshire and across to North East counties.
- Promote a diverse portfolio including veterinary consumables, own-brand pharmaceuticals, and pet products.
- Develop strategic plans to increase product adoption and overall basket spend.
- Use CRM tools to track activity, performance, and customer interactions.
- Join weekly virtual team meetings and attend quarterly in-person commercial meetings held in varying UK locations.
- Sales experience (veterinary or healthcare sector is a plus, but not essential).
- Strong Selling & Negotiation Skills.
- Confident with efficient territory planning and flexible on frequent travel
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship management skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- £40,000 – £45,000 base salary depending on experience.
- £12K – £15K bonus, paid monthly based on performance.
