UK Key Accounts & Sales Manager
We are exclusively recruiting for a UK Key Accounts & Sales Manager
on behalf of a premium global pet brand entering an exciting phase of growth in the UK market.
This is a strategic, commercially focused role responsible for managing national retail accounts, expanding the independent pet channel, and driving new business opportunities across the sector. You will play a key part in shaping the brand's presence in the UK and developing long-term, successful retail partnerships.
Salary:
Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)

Location:
Hybrid working - UK field-based with weekly attendance at HQ in Staffordshire
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional weekend trade and consumer events
Key responsibilities include...
- Manage and grow key national retail accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent sales performance
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for independent pet retailers
- Prospect, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across retail and online channels
- Analyse sales results, market trends, and customer insights to identify and maximise growth opportunities
- Represent the brand at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
We are looking for a confident, organised and commercially intelligent sales professional who is comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability.

- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales Management or Business Development (pet, FMCG or consumer goods preferred)
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills
- A proactive, analytical and solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to represent a premium product range and influence decision-makers
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK, including weekly HQ visits
- Up to £70,000 base salary (DOE)
