We’re seeking a Veterinary Diagnostics Territory Manager
to cover the South West of England
– ideally based in or near Plymouth.
In this consultative field sales role, you’ll be the trusted link between cutting-edge diagnostic innovations and the veterinary professionals who use them every day.
The Role
- Own your territory – managing and growing an established customer base while identifying new opportunities to expand diagnostic usage and revenue.
- Partner with practices – building strong relationships and understanding each clinic’s needs to provide tailored solutions from a premium product portfolio.
- Drive growth – increasing the utilisation of in-house diagnostic testing, consumables, and advanced laboratory services.
- Collaborate for success – working closely with regional sales colleagues to deliver capital equipment and technology solutions.
- Educate and inspire – training veterinary teams on products, services, and marketing initiatives to maximise clinical and commercial benefits.
- Represent excellence – attending industry events, trade shows, and educational forums to network and share expertise.
- Experienced in managing your own sales territory, ideally in veterinary or animal health, medical devices, or other capital equipment sectors.
- A confident relationship builder with excellent consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable working in clinical environments and engaging with veterinary professionals at all levels.
- You are able to meet the requirements of a field sales role that include but are not limited to extensive car travel (company car provided), travel overnight if needed, as well as flexibility for potential weekend work to attend tradeshows or other occasional meetings, and are able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Degree-educated (or equivalent) with a proven track record in driving sales performance.

You’ll receive:
- A competitive salary £40K - £50K d.o.e
£5k OTE commission per quarter (uncapped) - Company car (no car allowance)+ laptop/phone/iPad
