Are you a driven and successful technical sales professional looking for your next career chapter in the animal health industry? We are partnering with a leading global diagnostics company to recruit for a Veterinary Technical Sales Specialist
role in Germany.
In this field-based position, you’ll work closely with veterinary practices, building trusted relationships and helping clinics grow through tailored diagnostic solutions. You'll use your consultative selling skills to translate customer needs into meaningful business outcomes, contributing to the wider goal of improving animal health.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a sales territory focused on diagnostic equipment and laboratory services
- Increasing revenue through the use of in-house diagnostic tools and reference lab services
- Delivering training and education to veterinary teams on products and services
- Collaborating with a wider sales and technical team to offer complete diagnostic solutions
- Providing market feedback to help improve customer support and service delivery
- Representing the company professionally at trade events and industry meetings
- Proven track record in field-based sales, ideally in animal health, medical devices, or capital equipment
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative and solutions-based approach
- Ability to work independently in a structured, team-focused environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region (with up to 1-2 overnight stays every 2 weeks as well as flexibility for potential weekend work to attend tradeshows or other occasion meetings)
- Fluent in German with good English communication skills
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
