Wholesale Account Manager – Own and Grow National Accounts with a Purpose-Led Pet Brand

As Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of strategic national accounts including Best Pets, Pedigree, Su-Bridge, Trust, and Vital – building relationships, driving growth, and influencing future channel strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow performance across top UK pet wholesale accounts
- Own commercial planning, pricing, promotions, and customer negotiations
- Deliver volume, margin and distribution growth targets
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, NPD, category and supply chain
- Lead customer business planning and quarterly reviews
- Use data and insight to inform strategy and forecast performance
- Experience in wholesale or national account management within pet, FMCG or grocery sectors
- A strong understanding of distributor dynamics and B2B customer engagement
- Confidence owning commercial performance – pricing, margin, forecast, and budgets
- A proactive, collaborative and commercially curious mindset
- Based in the UK with flexibility for monthly travel to the London office
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
