The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, hands-on Brand Manager to join a growing, ambitious pet health brand in the UK.
This role is perfect for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and takes real pride in execution.
You'll be responsible for delivering an already established brand strategy across retail, digital and community channels - working closely with a graphic designer, copywriter and technical support resource to bring campaigns to life.
We're looking for someone with energy, positivity and a true "can-do" attitude - someone who sees no task as too small and enjoys being at the heart of brand activity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital and owned channels
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure all assets are delivered on time and on brand
- Brief and coordinate internal creative and technical support teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Support new product launches from briefing through to go-to-market execution
- Coordinate packaging updates and artwork approvals
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all materials
- Manage point-of-sale materials, in-store signage and retail activation
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal activity
- Support retail partners to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
- Conduct in-store reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage website content updates including homepage banners and product launches
- Oversee organic social media planning and execution
- Maintain content calendars and campaign asset libraries
- Support brand partnerships, community activations and events
- 1-3 years' experience in brand or marketing
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working at pace
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in execution
- Comfortable working with direction and feedback
- Interest in the pet industry — particularly canine sports (e.g. agility, flyball) highly advantageous
- Equine interest a bonus as the brand expands
