We’re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an award-winning, fast-growing pet food brand known for its quality, innovation, and strong values.
You’ll be managing a high-potential territory across Scotland and the North East, ideally based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, working with independent pet retailers to drive visibility, sales, and long-term partnerships.

- Forecast sales and track performance against KPIs
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth
- Support merchandising, in-store visibility and brand activation
- Provide market feedback, competitor insight and local trends
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Territory Sales or Field Sales role
- Background in FMCG, pet, animal health, food, drink or consumer goods preferred
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and sell effectively
- Commercially aware, target-driven and comfortable working with data and KPIs
- Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own diary and territory
- Resilient, proactive and focused on delivering results
- A genuine interest in the pet industry
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility for regional travel
- Salary DOE up to £36,000 + bonus
