Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll play a key role in shaping customer experience, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring customer insights are transformed into meaningful business improvements.

What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a customer feedback team
- Analysing customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to drive positive change
- Supporting the delivery of key service and business objectives
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Ensuring customer concerns are handled professionally and effectively
- Salary up to £35,000
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
- Choice of office location in either Turriff, Aberdeenshire or Birkhill, west of Dundee
