We're partnering with a successful and growing business within the Agricultural sector, to recruit a Customer Experience Manager who will champion the voice of the customer and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll play a key role in shaping customer experience, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring customer insights are transformed into meaningful business improvements.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading, coaching and developing a customer feedback team
  • Analysing customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to drive positive change
  • Supporting the delivery of key service and business objectives
  • Championing continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  • Ensuring customer concerns are handled professionally and effectively

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring a team
  • A background in customer service, customer experience, customer feedback, complaints handling or customer insights
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A naturally analytical approach and a passion for continuous improvement
  • The ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different areas of a business
