The Opportunity
We're proud to be representing a growing business in the pet health and nutrition space that's genuinely doing things differently.
They combine science, sustainability and animal wellbeing to create products with real purpose—and they're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help bring their brand to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, testing ideas and taking ownership, rather than sitting behind a strategy document.
It's also a small, founder-led business. You'll work closely with the CEO, meaning ideas can be implemented quickly and you'll see the impact of your work almost immediately.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation (DTC Focus) You'll be creating and editing short-form video content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, developing ideas that educate as well as engage. There's a strong emphasis on storytelling, alongside a willingness to test different approaches and see what resonates.
B2B & Thought Leadership (LinkedIn) Alongside consumer content, you'll produce content aimed at veterinary professionals. This will help build credibility and position the brand as a trusted voice within animal nutrition, while supporting inbound interest from clinics and partners.
Creative & Brand Execution You'll design a range of visual assets across digital and print, from social content through to marketing materials and event collateral. A key part of the role is taking complex or clinical information and making it clear, accessible and visually engaging, while ensuring the brand remains consistent and continues to evolve.
SEO & Digital Growth You'll contribute to building long-term visibility through content. This includes creating and optimising website content and blogs, supporting keyword research, and ensuring everything produced works for both discoverability and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating high-quality digital content, especially video
- Strong design skills and confidence with creative tools
- Someone who brings ideas and takes initiative
- A solid understanding of SEO and content performance
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience within pet, veterinary or animal health sectors
- A background in educational or science-led content
- Exposure to B2B marketing, particularly LinkedIn
- A strong and consistent brand presence across channels
- High-quality, engaging content output
- Growth in organic traffic and visibility
- Increased inbound interest from both consumers and veterinary professionals
- A brand that is recognised as credible and forward-thinking within its space

Salary: £30K - £40K
Annual Leave: 25 days hol + Birthday off + 24th and 31st Dec off
