We're partnering with an innovative and fast-growing Animal Health business that is expanding its commercial footprint across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative leadership team and play a pivotal role in developing distribution partnerships that will support the international growth of an innovative veterinary product portfolio.
This is a strategic commercial position offering significant autonomy, the opportunity to influence European growth plans, and the chance to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role
As European Commercial Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and managing distributor and commercial partner relationships across key European markets. You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy, evaluate new market opportunities and ensure partners are well positioned for long-term success.
The role is primarily relationship-led, with most engagement taking place remotely. Occasional travel to partner meetings, industry exhibitions and veterinary conferences across the UK and Europe will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a commercial partnership strategy across European markets.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key commercial stakeholders.
- Lead commercial discussions and support partnership negotiations.
- Work collaboratively with internal commercial, marketing and technical teams.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform commercial strategy.
- Represent the business at selected industry events and conferences.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support continued European expansion.
We're keen to speak with commercially driven professionals who understand how products are successfully brought to market through distributor and channel partner networks.
You may currently work within Animal Health, Veterinary, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals or another Life Sciences environment and have experience developing commercial partnerships across multiple markets.
We're particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience managing distributors, channel partners or strategic commercial relationships.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of delivering commercial growth through third-party partnerships.
- The ability to identify new business opportunities and develop market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the confidence to work independently.
