It's an especially strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build long-term experience within marketing, events, trade marketing, brand activation or commercial support.
The opportunity
This role sits within the UK & Ireland commercial team and offers a varied mix of marketing coordination, event support, administrative organisation, cross-functional collaboration and hands-on brand activity.
You will support the delivery of marketing initiatives and help coordinate consumer and trade events, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Over time, there is genuine scope for the role to develop further, with increasing ownership across projects, event management, advertising support and wider brand activity.

Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of marketing activity across the UK & Ireland
- Coordinate projects with internal teams including sales, marketing, design and external agencies
- Assist with presentations, marketing materials, copywriting support and administration
- Support the planning and delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, consumer events and brand activations
- Help manage event logistics, materials, timelines and on-site coordination
- Provide practical day-to-day support to ensure campaigns and events run smoothly
- Use modern tools and technology to improve efficiency and organisation
- Over time, take on more ownership of advertising, event planning, budget tracking and brand activity

We are keen to hear from people with a range of backgrounds.
You may already have experience in marketing, events, administration, sales support, coordination or another role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key.
This role could suit someone at the beginning of their career, someone looking for a step into marketing and events, or someone already in a support-based role who is ready for a broader opportunity within a growing business.
Experience in the pet industry would be a bonus, but it is not essential. We are much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn.

Package
- £28,000 salary
- Car allowance
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
- An amazing 27 days holiday plus bank holidays!!

This role will involve occasional travel and weekend work to support events, so flexibility is important. You will also need to be able to commute to the office regularly as part of the hybrid working pattern.
