We're partnering exclusively with a fast-growing premium pet wholesale business with a standout portfolio of design-led pet products that independent retailers genuinely want to stock.

The Opportunity You'll take ownership of an established network of independent pet retailers across the UK, with a clear focus on driving growth through account development, customer reactivation and new business acquisition.
With over 100 existing retail accounts already in place, there is significant opportunity to unlock dormant customers, increase spend and build long-term partnerships.
This is not a passive account management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships and delivering results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Growing and developing independent pet retail and wholesale accounts
- Reactivating dormant customers and increasing account spend
- Identifying and securing new retail partnerships
- Planning and conducting customer visits across the UK
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline and delivering sustainable sales growth
You'll bring:
- Experience in field sales, account management or business development
- A track record of growing accounts and delivering commercial results
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and pipeline management
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
You'll Thrive If You Are Commercially minded, relationship-driven and naturally proactive. You enjoy being out in the field, building partnerships, spotting opportunities and following through to deliver results.
Working Pattern During onboarding you'll spend approximately three days per week in the Oxfordshire office to learn the products, systems and business.
Following this period, the role will typically involve a mix of office, home and field-based activity, with regular customer visits planned across the UK.

- £36,000 - £42,000 basic salary DOE
